At Odd Saucer, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind.

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund or replacement, email support@oddsaucer.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable
